My take on the oil and gas industry

I sense some hesitation about the oil industry, maybe over environmental concerns and from my experience, it's full of smart, passionate people solving tough problems. They care about the environment, but the industry struggles with public perception. What do y'all think?

That's a fair point, the industry's ups and downs can be tough but I still believe the passion and innovation in solving environmental challenges make it worth sticking around despite the cycles.

Right but passion is mostly for the rich. People who work jsut to put food on the table suffer
